February & most of us are looking forward to Valentine's Day, don't count me in. yet i manage a few special Valentine's menu for those lovebirds who celebrate it :) there's nothing much i can do because i'm handling weddings, i have a short trip going overseas to stock up some ingredients that i couldn't get here and couldn't be sent via post, and i'm having a paradise getaway in mid Feb :p
